At EVS, we take our training seriously and love to train those who take training seriously, but we understand life happens and ask for a very open line of dialogue when needing to cancel or reschedule a class.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Booking a class with Eternal Vigilance Solutions LLC is a commitment to learn and train. We conduct training in all types of weather, and classes will not be canceled due to rain if training outside. If you are comfortable with EVS teaching you in your home environment, we will be happy to come to you. If you are unable to attend a class that you have scheduled with EVS, we will transfer your class seat to the next available class. 

If Eternal Vigilance Solutions LLC cancels the class, you will be issued a full refund.

NO CALL/NO SHOW ON THE DAY OF CLASS = NO REFUNDS. There is a window of 20 minutes that will be allowed for late shows, please travel with plenty of time to spare and take into account traffic, construction, the probability of wrecks if you are traveling in an area with a history of events including alien invasions...that's a big one! Little spacemen in sweet looking UFO's will definitely hold you up and we don't want you missing class due to aliens.
